School Closure Updates

Gov. De Santis announced that all Florida public and private K-12 institutions will continue remote schooling through the end of the school year. Accordingly, Killian Oaks Academy will be following the directive of our Governor. Current families should review their email messages for detailed information on virtual classes at Killian Oaks Academy. Stay safe, Cavaliers!

Based on recommendations from President Trump and the CDC, the Commissioner of Education Richard Corcoran has recommended that all Florida public and private K-12 school campuses extend campus closures through May 1, 2020. Accordingly, Killian Oaks Academy will remain closed and continue remote schooling through at least May 1, 2020. We will be sending an important update to current families via email on remote schooling at Killian Oaks Academy. Stay tuned!

Governor Ron DeSantis is requiring all Florida K-12 public and private schools to remain closed through April 15, 2020.
Our Spring Break will resume as scheduled through March 30, 2020, and we will be sure to keep our families updated on any changes to our remote learning processes that will commence on March 31, 2020.

Due to the ongoing concern of the COVID-19 coronavirus, Killian Oaks Academy has decided to suspend all extracurricular events until further notice. The following upcoming events have been confirmed as cancelled:
-March 13, 2020: Lower School Movie Night.
-March 19, 2020: Field Day.
